Deadline: on or before August 13th 2025 for Show / Super Show Sheets.
**PLEASE USE NEW SHOW / SUPER SHOW SHEETS (old forms will not be accepted and could delay processing.)
Booth # assignment / location will be assigned first come first served. DO NOT DELAY
Booth Payment:
Booth Payment is due Net 10 days from date registered
Check or Credit Card payment needs to be made to the Wheatbelt office before any approved & processed regular show sheets are posted to the Wheatbelt website for members to access. Payments received after August 27th could receive a late fee of $100.00
